Madden 17 game face

I made a game face for madden 17 but i cant get it in the game it will not allow me to import my game face. Btw i have it on ps3.

When you say "it will not allow me to import", can you elaborate, do post any error message you see exactly please.

By it wont allow me to import it i ment it wont give me any abllitys to put a gameface in
