I did everything the rep told me to do. I even erased my cloud to get rid of the "corrupt data" and I still can't get on.
This is awful. Every other game I have works besides Madden, all the hours, the money, and work I put in for my team is now gone because you guys can't help me. You don't have a valid reason for what has happened, or any significant help. Nothing has helped, you guys have only made this worse.

Hey, EA. Loyal customer since MADDEN 04 here. Curious as to when I can use my Ultimate Team or even get on your game!?!?!?
No rep has contacted me back, and I am no way closer to getting on thanks to your guys game. Thanks alot for treating your customers this way!!
