Linked PvZ Heroes with my EA acc.

I linked my EA acc. with PvZ Heroes, but I didn't get the packs.

Can someone help me, please?

Did you confirm the connection? Trying to link your Heroes game to GW2 prompts an email with a verification code to be sent to your email address and the connection doesn't happen until you give Heroes that code.

You also need to make certain that you are linking to the same email address or account which you use to play GW2.

From the home screen click the cog wheel in the upper right hand corner.  Then select the tab Settings and then you should see a button in the middle of the screen that says My Account.
