Language Issue?

Keep getting an error as soon as I start that says

 

"The origin account currently logged in does not have access to the installed language for this game. Please reinstall the game in an allowed language or log in with a different account"

 

How do I fix this? I've checked the language settings for both the game AND my account, and they're set correctly.

They say that helps ordinary reinstalling the origin client.
 
UPDATE
I tried it and it really helped. Only needed to reinstall the game.

Hi!

My game not working.. I reinstall this  game 3 times and I choose new language (rusian, polish). I send only one screen. What i must do?

I spent $71, and not only is Live Chat completely useless, but my reports go unanswered. I really hope they straighten this out ASAP, otherwise it's going to be a refund party.

ALSO I DO NOT CARE THAT THIS POST IS IN THE WRONG SUBFORUM. I have gotten no replies from administrators or support even though they're proven active, and the EA live chat is absolute rubbish. I demand an explanation relatively soon.

Just to confirm, which language have you set the account and game for? 

 

In the meantime, you could also try these steps:

 

  • Clear your Origin cache
  • Make sure the time (zone) and date are set correctly on your system
  • Right-click the game from within Origin and select Repair Game
  • Make sure any VPN or proxy programs are turned off

If that does not help you, could you please also attach a dxdiag to your reply?

Done and done. Same result.

Client/Profile says "English". Game/Preferences says "English U.S." In both cases, no other English option is available.

I did some further research into this but your account and language settings look fine. Please contact a Game Advisor and they will issue you a replacement code to see if that solves the issue.

 

Please note (if relevant) for Russian or Polish versions of the game, we cannot change the game version to English. If in that case you think you've received a wrong code upon purchase, then please contact your retailer.
