What changes have been made since the EASHL Beta?

We got a lot of feedback following the beta, and have updated many features for the full game launch. Find out more about the changes to NHL 16 at easports.com/nhl.

Common in-game problems or concerns

These are a few of the issues we're aware of, and ways to get around them and keep playing. Check the list to see if your issue is one of them.

Problem or Question	Type	Area in game	Platform	Workaround
Console freezes or "softlocks" after putting a player in auction house	Freeze or lock	HUT	Xbox One	We are looking into the cause behind this issue. If you encounter this issue in the meantime, you will need to restart your console. The player will be in the auction house as intended once you sign back in to HUT.
Remote play controls on the PlayStation Vita are difficult to use	Gameplay	Remote play (all modes)	PlayStaion Vita synced to PlayStation 4	Try using a different control scheme (found by going to to customize, then settings) that replaces the difficult commands with something easier to perform on the Vita.
You are unable to join a friend's 4 vs 4 EASHL match through your friends list	Online play	EASHL 4 vs 4	PlayStation 4	Use in-game invite functions to invite friends to your game rather than using the PSN friend list.
You can invite a friend to game that doesn't allow invites using the Friend app	Online play	Online Team Play, Ranked Match	Xbox One	Use in-game invite functions to invite friends to your game rather than using the Xbox One's Friend app.
Custom rules settings switch back to default settings after relaunching game	Gameplay	Settings	Xbox One	This game does not save the rules settings (found by going to Customize, then Settings, then Gameplay Settings, then Change Rules). You will need to reset these to your preference after quitting the game.
Fixed Issues:
GameStop codes do not work when locale is set to Canada	Code redemption	HUT	Xbox One	Resolved.  This issue is no longer affecting players.
