Opening or forwarding ports specific to your game often resolves connection issues

If you experience connectivity issues with Madden online modes, and you have exhausted all basic connection troubleshooting such as clearing the cache, adjusting privacy settings, or disabling firewall, you may need to do port forwarding.

Pick your platform and use the designated ports
