I win ranked but my star lose -1

i play ranked, and i win the game but my star lose -1. i win that game because my enemy concede. help me please. thanks before

This happened to me too when my opponent conceded or my opponent disconnected. This never happened in the past when opponents conceded or disconnect but lately it's been causing problems. Very frustrating since it seems some opponents disconnect on purpose right before they're about to lose
