I lost weekly tickets and days played

I lost all data for the weekly challenge my tickets and the way to the pack. Also the game never gives me the weekly challenge pack......  I am very unhappy with EA popcam services.

Do you have your game linked to either an EA account or Facebook account?  This is your backup.  Wish you luck in getting anything reimbursed.
