I lost my account

Hello. I've create a first account a long time ago and now this account is lvl 50 one day I create a second guest account which is now lvl 9. Yesterday I tried to login to my lvl 50 count which is connected to my Facebook count and my Gmail count but I had a message which told me that I had to create a new count or link my lvl 9 count to the adress that I use for my lvl 50 count. I couldn't pass through this alert so I linked it and now I can't login to my lvl 50 count. I love this game and I don't want to start everything from the beginning so please help me.
