Hey @therealblueslim,

were you already able to play the game before or could you redeem the code? Then you should be fine - you can just log back on to the account you redeemed the code on.

If you have purchased the game and there was no code, please do reach out to an EA Advisor as suggested by @IIPrest0nII.
