How about changing the message to...

"Please check your game code and try again."

No other game that I play does this but this one, so it is clear that it is broken or their is an exploit.

I played Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes pretty much all day yesterday without any problems so maybe

get some help from them and fix the game already.

Happens more often when I am destroying my opponent that is why I think it could be an exploit

EA doesn't really help. Apparently it happens after you complete a quest with a character. Mine was Immorticia. It's been happing with a lot of people and they haven't solved the problem at all.
it's a bug and they need to resolve as it will keep happening over and over.

today the problem was resolved. I don't know how but I sent messages directly to EA support with my username

Mine's fixed too. Just log in as per normal and you'll be able to select the profile you want and sync it.

This problem really took over a week for them to solve but I'm glad it's finally over. Cheers.

I only get this error while playing on my phone. What tcp ports are used by the server?

got the same problem last months and cant play for several days. I contacted EA and a few days after, I can play normally again.
