I can't purchase crystals and it keeps timing out

Every time I try to purchase crystals it doesn't work, it just shows it loading up and then tells me that the purchase was timed out and when I try to purchase it again it freezes the game up and times out completely.

Im having the same issue with purchase timing out. I’m on ios

I called Apple Care and my bank and they said it’s not them. I believe it’s Star Wars server side issue. It’s not my net work for sure because I have fiber internet.. I hope EA fix this issue..

Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried reinstalling the app? If your purchased was charged, you should try restoring your purchases in app.
