I CANT PLAY MULTIPLAYER ON BF1

Hi, I bought BF1 5 days ago and I had a chance t play multiplayer only 1 time.

Now i try to connect to multiplayer but when i launch the game I'm already offline. 

I don't have this problem on other EA games or games at all.

I don't know what to do please help me

Hello, what platform are you on? ps4, xbox, PC? i once had the same problem on ps4 but then i restored the licenses and it fixed the issue, maybe you could give that a try if you haven't already?

Seems like you are having connection issues. 

Have you walked through the connection issue steps mention in https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-troubleshooting ?
