This worked for me. Delete the Origin folder in AppData/Roaming and AppData/Local.

Faulty RAM can be hard to pinpoint - glad to hear that you've figured it out.

Hi,

The crash reports details ntdll.dll in C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll.

Ntdll.dll issues are related to your Windows installation but can also affect applications that are running on it, such as Origin. Troubleshooting Windows is beyond my current expertise on this forum, so what I would instead recommend doing a web search on how to fix the specific dll error.

The only thing that I can recommend is doing a System Refresh, but make sure treat that as a last option.

Do you have any security programs on your system, such as an anti-malware or anti-virus?

Origin seems to be crashing due to a fault with Qt5WebEngineCore.dll - I've seen similar crashes caused by security programs. Please make sure that Origin isn't blocked anywhere :-)

Kind regards,
