@Tshundar  Hi,

Can you try looking at your reliability monitor following the steps below:

1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

Cheers,

Nils

Same issue;

uninstall, reboot, and ccleaner did seem to work for about three days and then suddenly, Origin stops working as soon as it's opened again....

Now I tried the same uninstall, clean, reboot process and no dice.

Report generated looks similar to above:

@Kewelch Hi,

The BfLLR.dll module referenced is in relation to the Killer Network Interface Card. You should check whether you can uploaded the drivers for it, there is a bit more information available from a user that encountered the same issue in the past: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Origin-Crash-on-Login-since-Update/td-p/1762949

Thanks for the quick reply;

I noted this and tried to update drivers. Looks like there have been no new drivers since 2011? When attempting to update, no new drivers are found.

I have also tried disabling the card, and this does seem to allow origin to run, because it at least gets to the log in screen and says it can't log me in offline.

but that's the problem; I don't have any other way to get online without this network card.... Am I just out of luck until hardware can be replaced? I just don't understand how origin can work literally the day before and suddenly stop working with the same network card when that card still has no problem connecting to the internet and no problem with any other internet-connective programs....

I had read a few other people saying they predownloaded the driver, used killercleaner to remove the driver, and clean installed their network card driver but I don't actually know how to do that or where to find the cleaner.

@Kewelch Hi again,

Can you post a DxDiag of your system? Instructions are available below:

Spoiler
1.  Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2.  You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3.  Type dxdiag in the text field
4.  Click OK
5.  If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
6.  If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available

7.  Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
8.  Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.

I think I found that software you reference here, but as it only will be relevant for a subset of those cards depending on your main board, wait with running it until I had a chance to look at your DxDiag

Cheers,

Nils

DXDiag:

http://hastebin.com/okexobokif.tex

And the issue is that origin somehow suddenly doesn't work because of my network card.

@Kewelch Okay so I believe the latest drivers for your particular setup (Killer Wireless-N 1103 Network Adapter) should be available here: http://www.killernetworking.com/support/driver-downloads/item/killer-suite

Alternatively you can also experiment with these two:

Let me know how you get on afterwards.

Hello,

Uninstalling and re-installing killer suite worked...

Thanks for the help, but I'm seriously confused as to what the real problem was. If the issue was the driver, why was it fully functional with literally every other connective program except for origin? and furthermore, how could the issue have been the driver when neither origin nor my driver had updated?

bleh.
Glad it's over, but still really confused.
