How can i change the email and password to an account that i cant access?

Alright, so I have a bit of a confusing problem on my hands. I'm bad at explaining things so feel free to ask any questions if anything isn't clear. So a few years ago I made an ea account for some game that I don't remember. Fast forward to today, and I'm playing battlefield 3 on my ps3. I try to sign in to battlelog or whatever, and it tells me to use my email from however many years ago. Problem is, that email has been deleted for a long time. So there's no way I'm signing into my EA account which is linked to my ps3 and has all my info on it. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I don't want to change the email for this account, I want to change it for my other one that I can't get into
