How Ea help player to recover an account

I lost my account and email to Ea for help, then they required me to provide the purchase history to transfer the game progress to a new account, after I did that, no one replied me again..even I ask for progress. Almost 2 days now, I just wondering any one knows how long will take like this case? or my account just will be lost forever..
