Help with getting access to blaster / gun add on's

I just bought the Star Wars Ultimate Edition  and it was supposed to come with a bunch of guns that were unlocked. No blasters are unlocked, just a couple grenades. I'v downloaded all available downloads and it wants to charge me $20 to get an item pack with all the stuff I was supposed to get for free. How do I solve this issue? Thank you for the assistance.Help

welcome to the dark side of the forums.

If you purchased the Ultimate Edition, you should have instant access to the DL-44 blaster, the Ion Grenade and the Ion Torpedo. It does also comes with the Season Pass that includes all four expansion packs. The other weapons are unlocked by leveling up and purchasing them with credits.

The Ultimate Upgrade Pack you mentioned would be a shortcut to unlocking 11 weapons and 24 upgraded Star Cards without having to level up first.
