Help. How to solve this?

I lost my NBA account Level 43 ovr 83, its because the app suggest that guest account should be link with the email that i use for my level 43. The option only "link" and "create new account", then i choose "create new account" lastly i lost my level 43. How to make my level 43 back? Please help me to solve this.
