Help Can't run Sims 4

Hi I have just purchased the sims 4 digital deluxe on origin and the sims 4 toddler update and nothing seems to be working as that all have downloaded now it wont let me play when I press the play button. I have tried numerous times logging in and out and restarting origin and even my laptop but nothing seems to be working, PLEASE HELP

what happens if you press Play ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
