Have full game but says I'm on trial

I game share with my brother, and have been playing madden with no issues ever since it released. Today though, I get an alert saying I have 4 hours left on my trial (I've played much longer than the 10 hours trial since owning the full game). I've had no issues until now but now it's saying I don't own the full game after having so since the release.

After spending 2 hours with live chat for madden 18 nothing has changed. I've redownloaded it, checked my settings, restarted my router/Xbox, tried loading other games (which worked fine), and even wasted $5 because your "supervisor" told me I needed a gold subscription and that I only had a silver subscription (I checked after and saw I already had gold).
