Getting my game configured

I received technical support via EA about the game Need for Speed. The person told me that I needed to make the AMD Radeon thing the primary GPU or something. I tried to follow an outline here that he provided me: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/Setting-Up-a-Graphics-Card-Gaming-Profile/td-p/5704790 . As the program is updated, the forum is outdated. It's confusing as I haven't done anything like this before. Any ideas?

What exactly is your issue with the game though? Or are you looking to do this to ensure good graphics quality?

When I play the game, it is laggy and the subtitles/cutscenes are choppy. I have no idea how to fix it in the AMD Radeon software. I do get an error that looks like this before launching: https://gyazo.com/9f669485a34a5562c270a4bdce1e3cfb . I am currently in the process of fixing that issue as well.
