I believe a lot of players are having a similar issue with this. There is a feature that has been in the game for quite a few updates. The gem ad feature. The game advertises that you can watch a few ads a day so you can get gems, which is the main currency of the game. However, for players like me, we're unable to watch these ads for seemingly no reason at all. I've heard that players with older IOS devices have this problem (which includes me), though I'm not sure if that's the definitive answer. I wanted to know when this issue will be fixed, as it has been left untouched for many updates.
