Game won't launch

I bought "need for speed" yesterday and I haven't played it so far ! Every time I start the game it's stuck at " press X to continue " , I keep pressing x all the time but nothing happened!! , I turned off my PS4 & unplug it for 15 sec but it didn't do anything, I also uninstalled the game & reinstalled it & downloaded the latest update & still not working , I'm getting out of my mind plz someone help me !!!!!!!

This game requires internet connectivity, do you have an active PS+ subscription and a 'net connection?
