Bought Titanfall 2 a while back, uninstalled it and expected to come back to it at some point using the game library. But I went back and its gone without a trace. Tried to get in touch with EA support but the live chat just is not working.

None of the solutions work for me and I don't have the option to go into a live chat with an ea adviser.

@The_Saddamiser Live chat is not available in the middle of the night, try again at day.
-Try to use Internet Explorer and have you changed your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen when at http://help.ea.com/contactus ?
- In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday

Thanks for replying but I have tried to use the live chat several times at this point and I always end up waiting for hours without passing the "Thanks for contacting EA support". I tried it this morning around 11am and left it for a couple hours before just closing it because it was doing nothing. I'll try using internet explorer in the morning.

Even when I open a case in internet explorer it now gives me no support options for whatever reason. All I can do is select an issue and edit my case.
Also I have a couple of cases on the same topic which are all marked as resolved because I couldn't do anything with them.

On you game library there should be a button on the top left labeled, "Filters". Click that and make sure that it isn't set to only show installed games.
