Hmm...Interesting. I don't really know if these will work but below is what I would do
- make sure you have enough GB (gigabytes, should tell you before installing)
- are you installing an EP, GP or SP? Make sure you have the base game installed first
- if you're on windows, have you inserted the sims 4 disk while installing?
- if on Mac, have you followed the instructions CAREFULLY?
- if you on a computer apart from Mac or Windows XP (SP3) / Vista (SP2) / 7 (SP1) / 8 or 8.1 then it won't work
Well that's all I know. Hope some of them work.

Hi @The3vilDJ
Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
Restart your machine .
Perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
