Forgot security question answer

So i was playing some games on origin and i thought why dont i change my origin ID so i could change my ingame name it was kinda old and i wanted to change it but i forgot the security question  answer and i tried many things i looked at some posts and some other things but no answer at all. If anyone can help me i will be very thankfull and i know my: password email real name so the basic things origin has and you can change but i cant because i dont have the answer if my acount gets hacked i cant change it origin please help Sorry for my bad english

4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

The Chat Now button does nothign in Chrome and the whole help site won't work in Mozilla.

Try clearing your browser history/temp files/cookies & rebooting, then try again

It's all a crock anyway. It just says wait time 5 mins and nothing ever happens. Another dead end.

I Contacted the EA Game Advisor via Chat and he did it.
