Hi i pre order FIFA 18 and now its saying the game has been released but when i try to download it there is no download button

i have attached a screen shot showing you my problem

what do u mean try again?? Do  understand it stated there 'pre order failed'! So how????? no download button how to download???!!!

Yes I have the same problem it just says pre order failed nothing more

The pre-order failing is a different issue that we won't be able to resolve; when it fails we were unable to charge you for your order.

Please purchase the game again to start playing.

Thanks for ur reply Tom but what a very bad service to inform customer in a very last minute after almost 2 months of purchase..U should at least inform by email whether the order succeeded or not because in order history it keeps stating PROCESSING not PRE ORDER FAILED! I waited for 2 months for nothing!! And to make things worse, when I head over to the game to buy ronaldo edition I cannot see any BUY/PURCHASE/WHATSOEVER but only BUY AS A GIFT!! I wanted the Ronaldo edition not the ICON edition but now seems you just neglecting some of ur customers. THIS IS ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLIC AND DISGRACEFUL!!
