Error Message and Can't play H2H Seasons on MUT

Every time I go on the game I can't do anything online it says I lost connection to Xbox Live And EA , but I am still connected to Xbox LIve.

Same thing in ultimate team and all the moderators disappeared since their cookie cutter answers were not working.

Will not be buying this game again if it is not fixed by tomorrow.

Well I just talked to someone on the phone and they basically told me to do the same thing the community manager has been saying to do. None of that is helpful. How hard is it to update one thing? 3 weeks. That's how long i've had this problem.

I can not play MUt H2H Seasons. Whenever I try to play the screens say "Rewards Waiting" and when I click it I get the error message."Our servers can not process your request at this time" and kicks me out. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 for the past  3 days I haven't been able to play seasons in mut. It says rewards waiting and when I go to click on it, I get booted out to the main menu with a message that says "Our servers aren't able to process your request at this time. Try again later." 

my conection is doing fine i can play solos draft champions etc
