I've followed other steps where you have to load as Admin, reinstall Origin and now find that this could be the solution.  EA: Your customers should not have to jump through hoops to install games.

 

This is where Steam wins - ease of use and clever interface.

I can't download or update any game, it keeps showing this error 

An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: -4:302

 

Safe download works but its very slow.

 

I'm from malaysia if that helps.

That's so stupid. Enabling Safe Mode grinds the download speed to a crawl.

Make sure Time/Date is correctly set in your machine.

 

Clear the browser cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache

 

Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/

 

Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034

 

Restart your machine.

 

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

 

NOTE If your issue persist follow the steps bellow :

 

Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client  to the exclusion list.Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed portshttp://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

 

Check again your antivirus and Add antivirus exclusions (exceptions) specific files Origin, folders Origin or file extensions origin.ex from scanning.(very important to do)

 

 And you can try a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/.

i believe is account issue.

i test create new account and found out it can download without issue.

I have same issue.. They ask me do many time install Uninstall manual delete revolution uninstaller.
I'm tired.. I need game to release a tension not make tension of me..
I wonder what problem with origin? Are they mess with our account? Can ask refund and buy new game again?
