Enlarge cache to avoid "connecting to server"

On my phone I have a lot of free space, if you make the possibility into options to save more data locally, the game should run more faster without need to download so many MB of data for every change, your server will be less stressed and I'll save my time and my monthly gigabytes.

The flip side of that coin is that not everyone has tons of free space on their device but do have the bandwidth to download data rather than store it on the device.

Yeah, I know that. In fact I wrote to make the possibility in option not to make it by default.
Maybe a switch between "standard" and "more local data".
The problem is that the game is quite slow, I see more long "waiting server" than the seconds that I drive in a race.
