My phone (Z5) has broken and I have bought XZ, Sony flagship, 2 months ago. PVZH doesn't work on it, it crashes to 'desktop' as soon as you do something from the game menu: watch ad, open battle menu, open quests menu. I have created several tickets at help.ea.com they just don't care, promising to investigate but doing nothing for 2 months. I am glad I haven't spent a dime on this game.

I've pass this information along to the PvZ Heroes team so they can review this further.
Just to check have you done the usual troubleshooting like reinstalling the app? This should be done after you've linked your progress to an account.

Yes, I have done all basic troubleshooting. My ticket number is 27400668, created on 7th of December. Support just stopped replying eventually.

It's quite ironic how no one bothered to reply my ticket though.

My ticket is still unanswered. This thread is being ignored by EA. The game still doesn't work on XZ and apparently on all Android 7.0
This is awful, disgusting and a perfect example how games shouldn't be done and supported.

It has become quite obvious that they do not give a ****.
They ignore posts like these on every forum because they do not give a ****.
As long as they are making money they do not give a ****.
Want to make them notice?
Stop feeding them cash for broken games.
I have not spent a dime in a month and will not until the bugs are fixed.
For example, who wants to spend money on a game that you could just all of a sudden lose all your progress ?
CS will tell you there is nothing they can do.

Top notch BS and they should be banned by Google Play from selling items until game is fixed.
