EA not addressing the technical issues with the game.

Unfortunately I've not been able to complete daily challenge as the game crashed. The amount of times it's crashing is making it very hard to keep up with getting event card as well. I've done all I can on my side to try and stop the game crashing, home wifi, clear cache, close all apps, up to date iOS. Yet EA help ignore my email. I cannot get a call ad I'm in UK not US or Canada.

I have the same problem that app is crashing. 

Seems that no one from EA cares...

Probably uninstalling app and never installing back would solve that issue.

EA really need to pull their finger out, and start reading this forum. Besides, dealing with those who take the trouble to report issues in a professional manner.. Rather than treating their customers as fools by giving them a runaround. I seem like I'm moaning all the time, but I've played this game for nearly a year, and had not much to complain about.. Now the game has problems, I report it to EA, and they do not seem to be taking it seriously.
