Is already more then one months since i write the first ticket to you: Request #504776: Gold missing. Please note that part of mentioned gold which missing/disappeared was acquired with real money (GPA.3358-4435-1771-30359).

All you need to do is to check the log file from that day (28-29 July 2017, i'm not sure about time difference between us). How hard this can be?????

I just need my gold back!!!!
