Draft Champions how do you change your uniform?

In Madden 17 Draft Champions is there a way to change your uniform / Team?

When you are looking at your team you can switch tabs by clicking the button according to your screen.

Why can't I change my uniforms in draft champions I click coaching and equipment and then cannot select anything
