Disappeared be a gm career saved game

I have many Be a GM Career started. 
For some reason today, one of my Be A GM Career saves has disappeared. I cannot play that season anymore.. It is extremely frustrating having spent numerous hours playing a season and it disappearing (before you ask, no i did not delete it)

Is there a way to retrieve a disappeared Be A Gm Career saved season ?????

It is most likely that save has been corrupted and will not be retrievable, sorry to be the bearer of bad news

So you are telling me that all those hours, all those one nighters, all the effort have been for nothing.. Very disappointing.
I've been a loyal fan for over 20 years.. and i'm asking myself if i should go an actually invest in NHL 17.. will the same errors occur?
I love your franchise but lately, it has been frustrating!!! 
Could EA send me a free copy of NHL 17 and ill let bygones be bygones...

I do understand the frustration when things like this happen but we are unable to hand out free copies of games in this situation.
