Didnt recive delux edition items!

Hi, so I got battlefront ultimate edition for Christmas, and I didn't revive deluxe edition items, I had to unlock and buy dl-44 and ion cards, and I didn't revive emotes which is what I want most. I'm on ps4, please help.

For some reason i cant click "chat now" button on ea help. I dont have a delux edition download in my addons.
