Data Centers switching and Origin overlay is disabled

Issue: Can't use anything that requires overlay and game swithes Data Center while i'm already in a multiplayer lobby.
I had problem with overlay since release (it works in original Titanfall though). Checked both in Origin setting and Titanfall 2 settings specifically for overlay. (I already tried this method http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Origin-overlay-disabled/td-p/5733689 )
Another problem is that game keeps switching Data Centers while i'm in a lobby causing me to have high ping matches. Is there any way to prevent game from switching Data Centers on its own ?

Hello @SolidOnion

I am really sorry for those issues with Titanfall 2. Can you try to load your system, using Clean Boot and test the overlay afterwards? As for the Data Centers issue, disabling all unused network adapters on your PC should fix this as well. Keep us posted on your progress.

I tried Clean Boot, nothing has changed.
Anything else I can try ?
