Nah, companion app updated and still got same problem here.

Still shows PC account. I'm playing on PS4.

When I enter the web app or companion app I still see my pc as my account. But i played on ps4 until August and i reached my fut team on Companion App 17 But companion app updated to 18 I can not access the market. It gives an error like "continue playing fut 18 on PC to unlock access to the transfer market".

I'll understand if I fail to keep playing on PS4 to be able to open the lock on the transfer market but it is annoying that it still sees my account as a pc and can not be changed.

I talked to live chat, he said you have no chance but to wait. I mean, I have no choice but to wait until the 26th.

I want to ask; If I enter the game tomorrow and do not open the market after 15-20 matches, -I think it will not open- What should I do?

I gave an order to PS4 Ronaldo Edition and my web and companion app still shows PC

Please help me.

I change xboxone=>PS4, and app companion keeps XBOX and i cant manage PS4 game.

Thanks EA, a decade doing the same and you still doing badly.

I dont want Ea to keep rewards, it would be a nice. I just want to use the companion in my current platform PS4

@MorrisKevin1986 same, i used to play on xbox but at the last 3 months of fifa 22 i switched to pc, i used the same ea account so now i cant get the return packs, i cannot switch to xbox to pc on the web app tho
