Cannot progress Class Rank

I got 26,000 points on Medic class but still it shows that I am class rank 0

I think the Medic needs 50.000 Points for 1 level.

26.000 is not enough to level up.

Please play some more, and if you still have the problem,

please contact  an EA Advisor via phone or chat.

Class rank is 25000 point . Do not worry you will rank up. Last time I was worry the first time I play the game but if you keep playing you will see the progression. Now Im level 50 in my medic. The class up do not always appear in game screen specially if you get kill after ranking up points.
