Can't start madden

Every time I click a to start it crashes and if I ever get in I can't connect

Thanks for reaching out. What exactly is happening when it crashes? Is your console locking up or are you dropping out to the home screen? Could you also let me know if you're on PS4 or Xbox One? Thanks.
