Hello all,
I got an origin account so that we could play Star Wars Battlefront. I paid for it and tried to download it. My old computer does not have the capacity to run this program, and there is no way to MAKE it. I tried upgrading everything to no avail. How do I get a refund for this game we can't play?
Thanks,
K

Thank you, under the terms it states that I can return the game:
Within seven days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
Which we were unable to launch the game, however, when I go through the prompts to return it says that I "do not have any games that I can return right now"
Where do I go from here?

Sorry this is not going super smoothly, it is possible that you launched the game but were unable to play.
I think at this point you should contact us via Live Chat or Phone so that we can sort this out for you.
