Can't play Battlefield 1 online

EA, how come whenever i try to play Battlefield 1 online it says that i am not elligible, i own the game on my XBOX ONE and have an EA account, is there a way i can fix this? Or did i waste $60?

I am really sorry for those issues with the game. Have you tried to restart your router/console? What is the exact error message you are getting? Also try to perform the troubleshooting steps, mentioned in this article on the most common connection problems?
