Wherever I try play online seasons and it searches for players right away it says Failed to retrieve data; try again later it's been happening for a week now and I can't play online

Internet is working perfectly yet I'm getting disconnected mid game on all EA games lately. I have already contacted my ISP and XBL support. I have followed all the steps they provided me yet I am still being disconnected playing online. How can this issue be resolved?

Check our standard troubleshooting steps, open the ports, connect with a cable rather than wirelessly, power cycle your console and router.

how many times do i have to say this... These steps dont work. Its on your end to fix this as this is the ONLY game that doesnt work. Havent been able to play and my nat type is constantly open. Fix your garbage. @EA_Barry

Do I really have to reboot my whole internet connections, restart PS system, check connection cables by remove and plug in EVERY TIME to play that "second" game, after ONE succeed match?! Worth it...
