Can't connect to any server but i can see my ping

Hello everyone

So as the title say i can't connect online i tried everything and its doing that only in battefield 1, i flushed my dns, i restarted my router, changed my ethernet cable. Yesterday a technician from my ISP came to my house and after plenty of test he said that everything was fine and see if i can fix it with you.

I'm connected in ethernet and my ethernet controler driver is up to date.

Hello @Anonymous and thank you for posting this. 

This DxDiag is weird through. It shows you are using 

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
       Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
          Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
           DAC type: Internal

But it is obviously not powerful enough to run the game.  It is far beneath minimum system requirements.

I am really sorry for those connection troubles. I guess you have already done port forwarding? Loading your system with the Clean boot, if you have not done this already, can also resolve this. Was this a first day type of issue for you?

Yes it was a first day issue i bought the game the 11/01/2017 i can play sometimes only on fao fortress i can connect like 1 time for 100 try got disconnected with the game saying that the server disconnected and since i can't join any server from what i played it look like a fun game .

So i tried forwarding the port on my routeur and with windows 10 then i did a clean boot then i tried a repair. sadly it didn't worked sometimes battlefield crash i don't if it can help the error log is:

Thank you @Anonymous for reporting back, and I am surprised all those steps had no effect. Do you have any other devices connected with your router? Can you disconnected everything, except for your PC? Have you also noticed if this issue is time related, or it always the same, despite the play time?

So i tried disconnecting everyting and the problem is still there, the issue is allways the same: i can't play online the game is trying to connect to the server and after a while it say i have lost connection to the server or the other who wais EA was disconnected, when i can connect (and its really scarce) it's only on opeartion fao fortress but when the server change the map i'm getting disconnected and i can't come back.

I tried with another computer not in my house, but we have the same ISP, everything went well so i think its something in my computer or perhaps a bug because when i tried with BF4 everything was OK.

Can you gather a DxDiag for us here? Now, when we know the reason is somewhere in your PC, let`s take a closer look at it.

And still you can ^^.

My GPU died a while ago but the intel HD530 is fine for playing in 720P on low or even medium if you tweak some option, my processor is an i5 6500k. I looked if i can play on my intel before buying the game and yes you can play with the onboard graphic card, there are plenty of video on youtube like:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jLuZhoedY8

Its not 1080P on ultra setting with 60 FPS but it run fine .

But that open a question, a real and honest question, do you think if i play without a graphic card i can't connect?
