I have tried the Time and Date reset before and it did not work. 

 

I decided to try it again and connect to EA Server with Madden 16 on PS4. It did not work.

 

Since it has been over 1 year since my issue has started and coming up to 1 year since the "EA Specialist Team" was supposed to get back to me, I have become resigned to the fact that I will never play an EA game again. I will not make a new PS4 Online ID just to play an EA game. I should not be the one that has to do a work around, by creating a new account, in order to play a game. This is an issue that EA should fix. I have been purchasing EA games going back to Super NES, but since this issue has come up I have not purchased anymore EA games. There really is no point since I don't have any online features.

Hey, while I don't know if you still have this issue or not, I just recently had it, tried everything they have said and nothing.
But by using some of my own knowledge I logged into my router, I have a Comcast wifi box so I just logged into that. Then changed my wifi security from typical to low. Somehow the typical security was blocking ports from EA, now I'm able to play again! Hope this helps

Have the same problem,,but EA just fix it,,,all you have to do is login to your origin from a different device , like your laptop or mobile phone,, then go to your profile and click security,,then change your security code ,if you have it to receive it to your email address change it to receive it to your phone number,,or backward,,,
