Can't Install Origin

Hi origin developer, on 2 days ago, I've tried to install origin but couldn't. The normally after installing an application there is a pop up for installation, but in case it doesn't apply to installations in origin. At the moment I see in Task Manager, Uninstall is still there, but the pop-up-it does not exist.
My laptop windows 8.1 pro x64, windows update has been updated to the newest, and also I already download microsoft visual c ++ all versions.
Can you help me with this problem? Maybe my question is can help people who have experienced the same problem as I did this.
If you have not installed Origin before then temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other security software and then right click on the Origin installer and 'Run as Administrator'.
If you have installed Origin before then disable your security software temporarily and then manually uninstall Origin using the specific steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
Reboot and then download the most recent installer from here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download
Run the Origin installer as an Administrator and then retest again. Do let us know how you get on, thanks.
