I have tried my best to figure out a way to contact Origin about this with no luck.
I bought my Sister the sims 4 game for her birthday a few weeks ago. Her and I both have an Origins account, as I bought the game, I messed up and did NOT do it on her account. Is there ANY way I can transfer the game over to her account or have this issue fixed?
I don't mind her logging on to my Origins account but she just found out today that special items were given for each of the sims 3 games you owned when you purchased sims 4 and of course she wants those items. Is there ANY way I can fix this or am I just out of luck?? I am not asking for a second copy or anything, just to transfer this one from my account to hers?

thank you for the information but I kept trying yesterday and today to do a live chat and it wouldn't let me select the platforms to continue to try and receive help. I have tried calling into EA before for help and sadly most of them have no clue what I am talking about and they cannot understand me nor can I understand them. it seems if I do live chat and they can read what I say they understand the situation a lot better

I see a choice to do a transfer?? which I clicked but once it comes with a choice and a drop box to make your selection I click on it and it wont let me make a choice

sounds like maybe a browser issue.
Have you tried a different browser ? Which one are you using ?

Probably Internet Explorer.
Try Firefox or Google Chrome instead. You can download those for free on the respective sites.
