Blackridge rivals. Still doesn't work

Anyone else having issues with rivals. I click on the race button and game shuts down. WTF.

@IDGAF1968 Have there been any recent updates to your system?

You might just need to restart your device, and if this doesn't help you can try reinstalling the app.

Is there a support code so I don't lose everything.?

I am facing the same exact issue on my iPhone, the moment i click on the race button on black ridge rivals, the game crashes. 

As suggested, I did a backup of my iPhone. Took a huge risk of deleting the game.

Restart the iPhone and restore the iPhone from backup as suggested.

The still crashes when I hit the race button on Biack ridge rivals. 

@EA_David Please give a solution to my issue.

I have restarted the phone several times. 

When you say, reinstall the app, what is the method recommended. 

Will i be loosing my game profile. I have unlocked most of my cars. will i loose everything?
