I am really sorry for those issues with the Companion App. Have you tried to login, using alternative web browser? Have you been able to use the app before? Keep us updated.

Hey guys, I just checked on my iPhone, it works fine there. Can you make sure that you empty your relevant browser's cache on your mobile devices?
Also try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi if possible.
